The practice is led by Mustafa Ozgoren, a chartered contracts and claims professional with 25+ years of international experience across infrastructure, energy, mission critical and healthcare projects. Support is delivered from the UK, EU and Turkey, with international assignments supported remotely and on-site by arrangement.
Services include day-to-day contract administration and commercial advisory, preparation of Extension of Time/prolongation/disruption claims, and delay analysis using recognised approaches such as TIA and Windows. The focus is on producing clear, contract-led outputs suitable for determination, negotiation and dispute readiness.
