Kırıkkale CCGT – Time and Money Claim

Robust Expert Services Ltd provided contract and claims support on a 950MW combined cycle gas power plant project in Turkey, focused on time entitlement and associated cost recovery.

Role / scope
Support included entitlement and risk review, identification of claimable events, and strengthening of contemporaneous records for delay and cost substantiation under a bespoke EPC contract governed by English law. We reviewed the baseline and updated programmes, revised programmes, and variation submissions to confirm suitability for delay analysis and claim presentation.
