Marmaray Rail Project - Prolongation Cost Claim

Robust Expert Services Ltd provided commercial and claims support to a contractor JV member on the Marmaray rail upgrade in Istanbul, focused on the preparation of a prolongation cost claim.

 

Role / scope
Support included review of contractual/commercial position, alignment with submitted EOT claims and the supplementary agreement, and development of a structured approach to demonstrate prolongation costs using audited accounting records.
