Robust Expert Services Ltd provided contract, commercial and delay analysis support for a major airport development project in Pakistan.

Role / scope

Support included contract administration and claims advisory across multiple work packages under FIDIC 1987 (Civil and E&M), assessment of variation and BOQ increase impacts, programme review and forensic delay analysis to support Extension of Time (EOT) and associated cost positions, and preparation of recommendation outputs for Employer determination/negotiation.

• EOT assessments supported by forensic programme analysis (windows / as-planned vs as-built as appropriate)

• Variation / BOQ increase substantiation and entitlement narrative

• Claim exhibits (programme extracts, event chronology, assumptions/constraints, evidence register)

• Commercial position notes and recommendation reports for determination/negotiation
